THE GOOD SAMARITAN

Luke 10:36: “Which of these three do you think was a neighbor of the man who fell into the hands of robbers?” I’m sure we all remember the story of the Good Samaritan how a priest and a Levite wouldn’t help him. It was the Good Samaritan who stopped to help him in his time of need, who remembered to love his neighbor as he would himself.

A great lesson if we would others as He loves us. I believe this demonstration to be close to God’s kind of love (Agape love requiring nothing in return); because I’m sure he didn’t expect the man to repay him.

God freely gave His love to us in Jesus, why not do the same with everyone we encounter. It would be a fine world, indeed; and we would feel better.
