WITHOUT THE SPIRIT

 

 

Hi Everyone:

 

1^st Corinthians 2:14 "The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned."

 

Now we know why it is foolish to attempt to persuade someone of things that are spiritual in nature. Does this mean we should not tell others of the salvation that comes through believing in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ? Not at all; we are to be Sowers of the seed of salvation. We cannot nor we must not force anyone into believing what we believe; we do the plowing, planting, and the watering and God does the harvesting.

 

Let us walk in love and be a blessing to those we meet in every day life; this is a most effective method of persuading people who do not have the Spirit of God. It's much easier to do both if we:
